I think this is pretty cool.
It's a scene detection script for AE - breaks a finished QT file into the original shots.
I wonder if there would be a way to use this to generate an FCP timeline (or via XML.) Probably not. Ideas?

That's right. If you're using AE7...and the latest QT 7.4....after about 10 min of rendering you're done.
